IDENTIFY RISKS TO CUSTOMER:
Greeting customer, accepting car keys, plugging in extension lead, entering vehicle and positioning car in tent, entering vehicle to remove from tent, returning keys to customer, giving customer receipt and handling payment.
CONTROL MEASURES.
I shall have no physical contact with customer.
I will use an antibacterial spray to clean hands, wear rubber gloves which will also be sprayed with antibacterial spray prior to accepting keys.
Extension lead end will be sprayed with antibacterial spray and dried off before handing to customer.
Before entering car i shall wear a facemask and keep rubber gloves on whilst driving car, the same process will be carried out before removing your car from tent.
Gloves will be worn and keys will be cleaned with antibacterial spray before handing back.
Receipt can written still wearing gloves or be sent electronically if you prefer. Payment methods can be cash, cheque or bank transfer as usual.
